Sherry S. Wilson

Hi I’m Sherry Wilson, owner of Business by the Book. At Business by the Book, our dedicated team assists business owners with account management and bookkeeping and most importantly understanding their financials reports. We do all of this while working remotely with your team, making our services cost effective and dependable.

I had been in business management for over 25 years, when as an empty nester, Business by the Book was started in the loft office of my home. Since that time our team has grown throughout the years. We LOVE working with entrepreneurs and their businesses, understanding their day to day accounting needs, while communicating that to them. Working with us, allows our clients the opportunity to focus on their talents and what they love to do. Together we are able to understand their financial situation, giving every detail the attention it needs. We LIVE for the details! We take all of your spreadsheets and convert them to a neat and concise QuickBooks Online account. At the end of the month, we provide monthly financial reports, and assist you with your day to day bookkeeping/accounting needs.


Morgan Boudreaux

Born and raised in the Atlanta-area, Morgan ventured out west to attend Texas A&M University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology and her master’s degree in Urban Planning. After graduate school, she moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast to work as an environmental scientist.

Morgan married a merchant marine who works off the coast of Nigeria in the oil and gas industry, thus prompting her and her husband to relocate to the north Georgia mountains in order to be closer to Morgan’s family. She began working with her mother, Sherry, to grow Business by the Book. Extremely organized and detail oriented, Morgan handles the day-to-day tasks of managing Business by the Book, as well as on-boarding all new clients.

In her spare time, Morgan likes to do anything at the beach or the lake. She also like to paint-by-number, which is about as creative as she gets.


Isabel Kelly

Born and raised in Maracaibo, Venezuela, Isabel moved to Boston, Massachusetts, in 1996 to study English at Boston University and Cambridge Community College. After a year she relocated to Boca Raton, Florida, where she attended Florida Atlantic University and worked in the marketing department at US Foodservice for four years.

As a Business Major in college, Isabel found her passion working as a bookkeeper and helping businesses run productively. Isabel has over 15 years of experience as a bookkeeper.

Isabel resides in Suwanee, Georgia, with her husband, four kids and two dogs. She loves boating at the lake with family and friends, traveling and exercising.


Kim Cooper

Kim was born and raised in Gainesville, Georgia on the banks of Lake Sidney Lanier. 

She attended the University of Georgia where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the Terry College of Business. After graduation, she married and relocated to Omaha, Nebraska, while her husband served in the United States Air Force.

While in the heartland, Kim returned to school and received a Master of Arts in Recreation Administration with an emphasis in Sports Management.  After serving in the public and private recreation sector for over 10 years, Kim is excited to return to her business experience to serve and assist passionate entrepreneurs and business owners. 

Kim currently resides in the beautiful north Georgia mountains with her husband and two dogs where they enjoy exploring, hiking, boating and cheering on their beloved Bulldogs.


Joanna Arcieri

Joanna grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina, but currently lives in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia where she resides with her husband and daughter.

After earning her degree in Elementary Education at Appalachian State University, Joanna spent several years teaching while expanding her work experience to include customer service and provider billing services. She now works from home as an Account Manager for Business by the Book and enjoys being able to assist clients in managing their business financials efficiently and effectively. Her love of learning fuels her desire to continue improve in her profession, seeking opportunities to better serve clients.

In her spare time, she enjoys being involved in her local church community, finding new restaurants to frequent, and maintaining her love of movie nights with family and friends.


Erin Manning

We are excited to have Erin Manning join our team in August 2019!  Erin will fill our new position of Office Manager and will also assist the team with bookkeeping. She is very excited to help the team and you may hear from her from time to time.

Erin was born in Lubbock, Texas where her father was stationed with the Air Force.  She then grew up all over the US and they were even stationed in Great Britain twice.  She attended University of Georgia where she graduated with a BSED in Education.  She also pursued an Accounting Technology Diploma which led her in to a 20-year career as an Accounts Payable Manager. Erin lives with her husband, son and dog in north Georgia, on a small farm where her husband raises bees and together, they grow 3 varieties of lavender.  

Erin has a love for art and all things creative and is an artist herself, creating oil paintings of animals (mostly adorable dogs!) and landscapes. She also loves the beach and dreams about going back to Europe to travel one day.
